PREFERRED FLIGHTS FOR ARRIVAL

Delegates can initiate travel from their desired airport; however, the connecting flights should coincide with flight/arrival times indicated below. Be mindful if you arrive outside of specified times, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the Accra hotels. The hotels in Accra offer airport shuttle service. You may arranged shuttle service with the hotels directly.

ADES will provide transportation from Kotoka International Airport to Accra Hotels on the following departure/arrival dates:
Tuesday, September 24th arriving in Accra on Wednesday, September 25th
Delta Airlines: Departs New York JFK at 4:40pm arrives the next day at 7am
KLM Airlines: Departs Amsterdam Netherlands at 4:20pm arrives the next day at 8:50pm
Wednesday, September 25th arriving in Accra on Thursday, September 26th
