HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
ACCRA HOTELS:
Attendees can book their hotel accommodations for Accra directly through the link or provided discount code. All are encouraged to book rooms through this method. Failure to book rooms via the provided link or utilize the Group Rate Code, additional costs or other requirements may be imposed by the hotel.

Please note that the following applies to all Accra hotels:

Cut-Off Date: In order to receive the block room rate, reservations must be made by 5:00pm on May 17, 2024. Please be advised that the block room could sell out before the cut-off date. Therefore, we encourage that room reservations be made at your earliest convenience.
​
Reservation Modifications: You may cancel your reservations no later than May 17, 2024. Changes will be accepted until September 1, 2024.
​
Ground Transportation: Complimentary airport shuttle service is provided by hotels in Accra. Ground transportation will be provided by ADES. To ensure transportation is scheduled for your pickup, please be sure to complete the Air Travel/Transfer Section in the Accommodation Portal.

Accra check-in dates will be available from September 25th (or per your arrival date) through October 1st (check out for trip to Cape Coast/Elmina) and checking back in from October 3rd through October 6th.

CAPE COAST/ELMINA HOTELS:
All hotel accommodations for Cape Coast/Elmina must be booked and paid for via the ADES Hotel Accommodations Portal.
IMPORTANT: This portal is the official system and ONLY method that should be used for booking and securing hotels in Cape Coast and Elmina for ADES 2024. If you book your hotel via other methods, please note that you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.

When accessing the system, please use the same login credentials as when you registered for summit. When booking your rooms, you may select to have one lead person book all rooms for the group or each person may book their room individually. If one person books all rooms for the group, please note that the booking lead will be required to return to the portal to include the names of each guest. Payment will also need to be submitted through this portal. Accepted forms of payment is credit card and check. Checks should be made payable to A2MEND, and must be received no later than May 17, 2024. Anytime thereafter, the ADES Committee is required to release all unused rooms.
